If you go to the web sites listed you can see for yourself and be your own judge on the many traditional as well as highly technical courses offered.
There are so many programs to take advantage of at this school. The cost per credit hour at GRCC is generally affordable for most buget plans, which I know is a major deciding factor in deciding your college of choice. If you need Finacial Aid don't fret this school's Finacial Aid department is very helpful with very knowledgable staffing.
If you like to cook food take the next step and become a Chef or enter into the Culinary Arts Management program through the Hospitality department, www.grcched.com/.
My experiences thus far while attending the GRCC's HED Culinary Arts program has been a daily benifit for me, as the professors/Chefs' experienced, professional and personable.
I have been in the food service/hospitality field for 20+ years and I have come to find out I haven't even scarched the surface on Culinary Arts.
I really encourage you to look into this field or the many others offered here at GRCC for enjoyment , employment and/or advancment.
Once you begin I assure you, you will find you have moved forward in your life towards a very benificial, enjoyable experience.
Grand Rapids Community College is not your Fathers Junior College.
